Rpm App is proprietary internal software operated by Lambert Technology Solutions ("LTS") solely for LTS's own business operations. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or made available to any other person or organization, and no license or right of use is granted to anyone outside LTS.
The app's sole function is the scheduled, read-only retrieval of accounting records from LTS's own QuickBooks Online company into LTS's internal systems for financial reconciliation. It is operated by authorized LTS personnel only.
The app connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's published APIs and is operated in accordance with Intuit's developer terms and policies.
Because the app has no users outside LTS, no warranty, service commitment, or license is extended to any third party.
